Mais en coulisse, bien des professionnelles et professionnels vivent d\u2019importants probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale. La pression de la c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9, les attentes en mati\u00e8re de performance, la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 et les dynamiques de l\u2019industrie contribuent \u00e0 un mal silencieux qui est souvent occult\u00e9 par le glamour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LES OBJECTIFS DE L\u2019\u00c9TUDE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dirig\u00e9e par Catherine\u00a0Harrison, pr\u00e9sidente de Revelios, l\u2019\u00e9tude vise \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sensibiliser<\/strong> les artistes et autres professionnelles et professionnels de la sc\u00e8ne musicale canadienne aux probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recueillir des donn\u00e9es exhaustives<\/strong> sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u00e9mographique et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue de nos jours dans l\u2019industrie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>LES RETOMB\u00c9ES PR\u00c9VUES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici les effets pr\u00e9vus de l\u2019\u00e9tude\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9liorer la litt\u00e9ratie en sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong> et promouvoir les comportements sains dans l\u2019industrie;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Renforcer la r\u00e9putation<\/strong> et la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des organisations participantes;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Susciter un changement culturel<\/strong> pour d\u00e9stigmatiser les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale;<\/li>\n<li><strong>G\u00e9n\u00e9rer des retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques<\/strong> li\u00e9es \u00e0 une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre r\u00e9siliente et florissante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>APPEL \u00c0 L\u2019ACTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous invitons l\u2019ensemble des professionnelles et professionnels de l\u2019industrie canadienne de la musique \u00e0 participer au sondage anonyme et confidentiel.
